Inconsistent Manufacturer Queries?

Advanced IP Scanner v2.5.4594.1 for Windows, consistently, seeing inconsistent Manufacturer results during a scan.  Often seeing MAC lookup for Manufacturer NOT populated.  Have to rescan several times to get the Manufacturer field to be populated.  Then, next scan, the Manufacturer results again missing for the same IP address.  How can I get this reported such that it can be fixed?  Clearly the query results at times works, but not very consistently.

Hello!

We need the results of such  scans, as many options as possible. Please, send them here or submit a ticket: https://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com/support/

For example... D8:3A:DD is clearly registered to 'Raspberry Pi Trading Ltd.' But query of this MAC fails to display any manufacturer in IP Scanner.

All 4 devices are Raspberry Pi devices.  I used the following MAC lookup site https://dnschecker.org/mac-lookup.php?query=D8%3A3A%3ADD

One more comment... if I do multiple rescans... 6 or 7 or more... sometimes the manufacturer field might be set... this happens say for ESP8266 or ESP32 "IoT" devices for example.  But others such as the example above, I can do rescan endlessly and manufacturer never populated.  So there seems to be two different issues:

1) The query fails over and over, only to seemly randomly work

2) The query fails over and over, never is populated, this suggests the source database(?) for manufacturer lookup used, is incomplete.

I have also find a few MAC addresses that seem to have no vendor/manufacturer registration, such as '
F2:59:65' which is actually for a RADXA device.  These devices not having a populated manufacturer reference makes sense... but most of the failed queries I discovered are scenario #1 and #2 as noted above.
