MAC Addresses do not display.

Hello,
I am remotely connected to a system through a VPN and and when I do a Advanced IP Scan on the subnet of that system I get the name which most of which are the IP addresses and the IP addresses and nothing for the manufacturer or MAC address. Is this normal or is there a setting that I may have changed?

Hello,

Scan again with higher accuracy (Settings -> Options -> Performance and choose High-accuracy scanning and move slider to the left.

Thanks for the feedback Famatech. I tried that and got a few MAC addresses but only 3 out of about 30 devices, a couple of more names too. Could it be a VPN setting that is blocking those parts of the scan?
