You need to delete stored data. You can find this option in the following way: Advanced IP Scanner -> Settings -> Options -> Misc -> Delete stored data.

This was the first run of this app, and I had already tried that, there was no change.

Just for kicks, I did it again, and I still have incorrect names.  

I dont understand the process well enough to know what could be caching this old, sometimes YEARS old, info

Resolved.  Running pi-hole, forgot there was once a hosts file added for testing, even though pihole was disabled, it isnt really when its running for nslookup
