IP address is unique for each PC with Radmin VPN, so it can`t be changed.
To put all players in one network, you just need to create network in Radmin VPN and all network members wil join.

It does not search for games on the network if the mask is different from 255.255.255.0!!!

Radmin vpn establishes a connection as if the computers were on the same local network.
The netmask 255.255.255.0 is used because there are plenty of clients in radmin vpn and everyone should be able to connect to each other, and the mask 255.255.255.0 limits the network to 254 clients.
You can try to change settings in adapter,but is all on your own.
