You need to create a rule to collect dump files that will help us to fix this problem. 1. Open [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting] 2. Create a new folder LocalDumps 3. Create new String value: DumpFolder and String value: C:\LocalDumps\log (dont forget to create a new folder LocalDumps in C disk). 4. Create new DWORD: DumpType and Value data: 2 And if you face to this problem again, open C:\LocalDumps and send us a log file. Until we find a solution, you can fix it by restarting the service: 1. Open Start - Control panel. 2. Open Administrative Tools. 3. Open Services. 4. Find Radmin VPN control service. 5. Open context menu of this service (by clicking the right mouse button) and choose Stop and Start.
