If you have admin right in this network, you delete this PC using option Remove node from network in context menu.

OK, that doesn't sound like the solution to the OP 's question: "there's a device that don't connect for a while, and I can't remove it from the list?".  It sounds like they want to remove a single node or device on the network, and your solution advocates deleting the entire network?

Please clarify...
