i have Radmin VPN installed (i think 1.1.3970.4, it's written in Guide->Info). it tells me to UPGRATE TO NEWER VERSION. i downloaded Radmin_VPN_1.1.4166.8.exe but when i try to install it it gives me error 1603.
Then i try to uninstall manually old version before to install newer, but it stop and tell me:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path....[etc] package 'RadminVPN_1.1.3969.3.msi' in the box below.

C:\Users\[my_account_name]\AppData\Local\Temp\is-VF3AG.tmp\
i don't know what to do, i search that file in C:\program files\RadminVPN folder but it doesnt exist.
So i m stuck, because i cannot uninstall older and i cannot install newer.
it still works but in the future it will tell me that this version is too old and then i cannot use anymore, i need to upgrade it.
i tried to watch my LAN cards, there is as always Famatech RadminVPN Ethernet Adapter working good, so why this error?

And we need an installation logs:
1. Create folder in disk C, named "Radmin"
2. Place Radmin installer (Radmin_VPN_1.1.3909.2.exe) in this folder
3. Run cmd as Administrator
4. In command line write cd C:\Radmin and press Enter
5. In command line write Radmin_VPN_1.1.3909.2.exe /lvx*+ log.txt /LOG=log2.txt and press Enter (if the installer name is different, change it in this script)
Attach these logs you`ve got to your ticket.
