Error accessing the network printer, the print queue stops every time I try.

Hello,
when I try to access a remote printer from windows explorer I get the following error: "The local print job manager service is not running. Restart the administrator or the computer" and what happens is that it disables the print queue, I start it again and try to access the printer and again for service. any solution?Thanks.

I have managed to solve this error by deleting all the drivers from the registry, but now it gives me the error "Connect to printer. Windows could not connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again ......" Any solution. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your response.
I do not have these updates on either of the two computers, even so I have tried it with cmd "wuse" in case I did not see them, but they were not installed. Any more ideas what it might be? Thk.

Hi, I have tried to do it in a local network without RADMIN VPN and it works correctly for me, I do it from the RADMIN VPN and it does not work for me, I have given permissions to the firewall and antivirus, but I can't get it to work either in the local network.

Hi, thanks for your help.
I already had this resource implemented and it still doesn't work for me, locally if the printers are installed but when going through RADMIN VPN I can't do it.
