I can't connect

Hey guys, so I've just installed Radmin VPN and when I open it, it just keeps showing "Registering" , I waited for like 15 minutes and still didn't connect.. stuck on registering.
Please help me as soon as possible, and I'm sorry for my English. hope you could understand me well.

Perhaps a DNS or ISP issue? Ever thought about changing your DNS? Consider changing it and retry.

Hello,

Check if ports 17000-18000 are open on your PC. And VPN is not blocked in your country.

Hello! I've opened those ports and I can use other VPNs in my country. As well some friends use it regularly.
In Advanced Port Scanner I can't see those opened ports, and I don't know why, as I've tried with Andivirus disabled, router with opened ports, Windows Firewall with opened ports.
Thank you.

Hello,

You can also try this:
stop the radmin vpn service
Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Administrative Tools \ Service
find radmin right-click and select stop.
Run the cmd as administrator and enter
ipconfig / flushdns
Start the radmin vpn service
Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Administrative Tools \ Service
find radmin right-click and select start.

I'll try that tonight.
But please tell me this: Should I only open single 17000 and single 18000 in both TCP and UDP, or all the range between 17000-18000??
For now I've done this: Opened singular ports 17000 and port 18000 for both TCP and UDB in Windows 10. Disabled 3rd party Antivirus/Firewall. Opened same ports in Router as well. And still nothing.
Thanks.

Hello,

Yes, you need to open a range of ports from 17000 to 18000.

I was opening only single ports 17000 and 18000.
Is this why I'm able to connect if I run Radmin on my pc behind a VPN?
Behind a VPN I get no issues in connecting...
Thanks!!
