I have a problem on one PC with W11. I install Radmin-VPN. Everything works OK. I put the PC to sleep and wake it up and radmin is uninstalled...
I looked to see if Defender is doing it and I didn't find anything. I don't have any other security program on the PC.
Who is to blame? I suspect that Windows itself is doing it, but I can't find anything.
