My PC that I use as admin before already got problem. Then I sent to format. After for that PC I install Radmin but I can access as Admin anymore. For this situation how can I set back my PC as Admin?
If you lost access to the registry branch of the previous OS due to reinstalling the OS, then unfortunately you cannot restore administrator rights. Create a new network.
In the future, either transfer admin rights to a trusted member, or keep registry branches
run win+r > regedit

Find this branch in registry and make a right click then export and save file.
Import file to another PC using double click.
Open Permission - Advanced - Ok Choose Owner - press Other. Add Windows user - Apply - Ok. Return to the same window. Add your user (use Add button), mark checkboxes Allow - Apply - Ok Save 1.0.
Or you can give administrator permission to another user,f rom menu of Radmin VPN -"Grand Admin Rights" which will then return the rights to you
