turning on radmin and ts just keeps registering
found this in the log
Registration failed (err:0x7000003ef)
and also this

the firewall is disabled aswell
also pinged these servers from a previous post
ping 51.77.117.69

ping 51.195.6.18

ping 15.204.142.131

ping 198.244.200.34

ping 198.244.228.170

ping 141.95.65.158

all of them responded with 0% packet loss

help??

Dear user,

To diagnose and resolve your connection issue, please follow these steps:

1. Preparation2. Collecting Information (Required)

For further analysis, please provide:

  1. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and connection region.
  2. Check if these websites are accessible:
  • Test server availability:
    • Open CMD as Administrator.
    • Run these commands (wait 1-2 minutes for each):powershellCopyTest-NetConnection 148.113.190.78 -Port 17301
      Test-NetConnection 198.244.203.247 -Port 17301
      Test-NetConnection 57.128.187.188 -Port 17301
    • Save the results:
      • Screenshots OR
      • Text output (right-click → Sel ect All → Enter).
  • Collect program logs:
    • Open Radmin VPN.
    • Go to Help → View Log → File → Save As...
    • Send us the log file.
    3. Attempt to Reconnect

    Option 1: Restart

    • Restart your computer + router (this resets DNS cache).
    • Launch Radmin VPN and wait up to 30 minutes (connection may take time).
    • If the issue persists, proceed to further steps.
