Hi, I had created one VPN network which is lost after format of system. I want to get that network back. Can anyone suggest how. I have registry filed backed up.
By default, administrator rights belong to the creator of the network. If the computer was formatted and these registry keys were lost:
run win+r > regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Famatech\RadminVPN\1.0 (for x86) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Famatech\RadminVPN\1.0 (for x64) Find this branch in registry and make a right click.
Open Permission - Advanced - Ok Choose Owner - press Other. Add Windows user - Apply - Ok. Return to the same window. Add your user (use Add button), mark checkboxes Allow - Apply - Ok Save 1.0.
Or you can give administrator permission to another user, which will then return the rights to you
