Unable to join friend's LAN server using Administrator user

I am using RadminVPN to assist the game Assetto Corsa to connect to my friend's LAN server. I can join his network normally. When I run RadminVPN with the Administrator user and then try to join the LAN server he set up in Assetto Corsa, an error message appears saying that it cannot obtain information (the Assetto Corsa log describes it as a connection timeout). When I run RadminVPN with a non-administrator user and then join his server, everything works fine. Is this because RadminVPN itself does not support the Administrator user, or is there a bug? For some reason, I have to use the Administrator user as my main user, so how can I solve this problem?

Supplement:
1. I also found the following error in the RadminVPN log, "ERROR Failed to setup virtual adapter (Init/4, err:0x7000003ec). Virtual network may be not operable."
2. I have tried restarting the computer, reinstalling RadminVPN, disabling the virtual network card and re-enabling it, etc.

This issue usually happens when the RadminVPN service is started under a different user context than the virtual adapter expects. When you use a normal user, the service runs normally; under Administrator, Windows may isolate the driver differently.
