Waiting for adapter response

Sorry to make the hundredth post about this but I feel like I've tried everything. Uninstalling my antivirus, trying older versions, opening ports and disabling the firewall, throwing commands and checkups down CMD and Powershell's throat. I've updated and reverted windows updates and drivers. The "Repair" button on the app doesn't work either. I really feel like I've done it all.

Hello!

Uninstall Radmin VPN from the Control Panel - Programs and Features.

Reboot PC

Check the system for errors and repair them:

In the Command Prompt as Administrator (right-click on the Start button),
execute in turn:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth -after entering,wait ending

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth -after entering,wait for

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to finish -after entering,wait for

SFC.exe to finish /SCANNOW -after entering, wait for PS to finish.

Each command can be copied and pasted into CMD. Then wait for the end.

After all the checks, reboot the PC, download ccleaner from the site https://www.ccleaner.com,
install it, run it and check the registry for errors and fix them,

Reboot the PC and install Radmin VPN
