I Have new problem after 1 years using radmin at my company.
There is a strange problem for a remote software.
I have a PC, it's been used for monitoring a program from my company.
The PC don't have a monitor, because the pc should be controlled by remote.
and The problem is when i connecting the PC with monitor. and i try to remote by radmin viewer. There is fine, no problem,no error was show up
But
when I Unplug the monitor from the PC, The radmin viewer was freezing. And when i try to reconnecting with the PC, Only black screen was show up.
i have do some work for the solution i can guest.
- I am installed the latest version of Radmin Server v3.5.2 anc client v3.5.2
- I have updated the Intel HD Graphics display adapter to latest version
- I am running the latest version of windows 10 all updates installed
- I have uninstalled and re-installed Radmin v3.5.2 completely
- I have try to Downgrade the radmin version to v3.4.2 for the server and client.
but didnt give any changed. Do you know about this? or maybe you have a solution for my trouble?
