Create Multiplayer Game
Step 1: Install SteamCMD Download and install
SteamCMD.
Step 2: Run SteamCMD Step 3: Install ARK: Survival Evolved Dedicated Server Go to SteamCMD and type:
login anonymous
Then press "Enter".
app_update 376030 validate
Then press "Enter".
Once done you will receive a message saying "Success! App '376030' fully installed".
Step 4: Setup ARK: Survival Evolved Dedicated Server Go to ARK: Survival Evolved Dedicated Server folder and create a text file and copy there:

Variables used: AltSaveDirectoryName Allows to specify a custom directory name for server world-save.
DifficultyOffset Specifies the difficulty level.
MaxPlayers Specifies the maximum number of players that can play on the server simultaneously.
OverrideOfficialDifficulty Allows you to override the default server difficulty level of 4 with 5 to match the new official server difficulty level. Default value of 0.0 disables the override. A value of 5.0 will allow common creatures to spawn up to level 150.
QueryPort Specifies the UDP Steam Query Port.
Port Specifies the UDP Game Port.
SessionName Specifies the Server name advertised in the Game Server Browser as well in Steam Server browser. If no name is provide, the default name will be ARK # followed by a random 6 digit number. Note: Name must not be typed between quotes unless it is launched from command line.
Arguments used: -activeevent Enables a specified event or enables the event's colours palette on wild creatures. Only one can be specified and active at a time.
-NoBattlEye Run server without BattleEye.
-NoTransferFromFiltering Prevents ARK Data usage between single player and servers who do not have a cluster ID. Even with a cluster id set, it is suggested to keep this option to completely disable code path allowing it.
-noundermeshkilling Will turn off the anti-meshing player kills (but still allow teleporting).
-UseVivox Enables Vivox on Steam only servers. Default for EPIC servers but can be enabled for Steam server.

Save this text file as "start.txt" and then rename it to "start.bat".
Step 5: Launch ARK: Survival Evolved Dedicated Server Launch "start.bat" file.
Step 6: Install Radmin VPN and create a network Download and install
Radmin VPN. In the main Radmin VPN window, click "Create Network".
Enter the network name, password and click "Create".
Step 7: Ask your friends to join the network Send your friends the name of the Radmin VPN network and the password to join to this network.
Step 8: Add the server to the firewall exceptions You need to add rules to the firewall. Open Radmin VPN -> System -> Firewall Exceptions and add ARK: Survival Evolved (ShooterGameServer.exe) to the exceptions.
Step 9: Connect to ARK: Survival Evolved Dedicated Server Launch ARK: Survival Evolved. Press "Tab ↹" and go to the game console. Type in the following command to connect to your server: "open 127.0.0.1:7777". If you used a different port, change it accordingly.
Join Multiplayer Game
Step 1: Install Radmin VPN and connect to the network Download and install
Radmin VPN. In the main Radmin VPN window, click "Join Network". Enter the Network Name and Password and click "Join".
Make sure you and your friends are on the same network.
Step 2: Run ARK: Survival Evolved Step 3: Add the game to the firewall exceptions You need to add rules to the firewall. Open Radmin VPN -> System -> Firewall Exceptions and add ARK: Survival Evolved to the exceptions.
Step 4: Join the game Go to ARK: Survival Evolved main menu. Press "Tab ↹" and go to the game console. Type in the following command to connect to your server: open GameServerIP:7777, where GameServerIP is game server IP from Radmin VPN (for example: "open 26.12.125.71:7777"). If you used a different port, change it accordingly.
