<li>Create your Network by clicking on a &quot;Create Network&quot;. Set up Network name and Password</li>
 
<li>Share network name and password with your friends.</li>
 
<li>Your friends need to join your network by clicking on a &quot;Join Network&quot; in Radmin VPN.</li>
 
<li>Make sure that you all are in the same Radmin VPN network and have the same Borderlands version.</li>

<h2>How to host Borderlands 3 server</h2>
 
<ol> 
<li>Start a game as usual</li>
 
<li>Go to privacy settings and choose &quot;LAN&quot;</li>
 
<li>Wait your friends to join</li>
 </ol>
 
<h2>How to join the server</h2>
 
<ol> 
<li>In the game&#39;s Main Menu choose &quot;Social&quot; (to get to the main menu press ECS)</li>
 
<li>Choose the icon on the right, called &quot;LAN browser&quot;</li>
 
<li>There you should see Host&#39;s server<br /> <br /><b> If you can&#39;t join a visible server try this:</b><br /> Go to Borderlands 3 main file directory: <br /><i>Borderlands 3-Engine-Binaries-Thirdparty-Steamworks-steamv147-win64-steamemu.ini </i><br /> Open Steamemu.ini and make these changes: <br />	Offline = 1 (previously it was 0) <br />	blockconnections = 0 (previously it was 1) <br />In there you can also change the player name (UserName=&quot;something&quot;), do it!<br />Lastly there will be something called #AccountID = 0 Remove the HASH and you can play with 4</li>

<li>Choose a network with preferred language and click Join</li>
 
<li>Follow the &quot;How to join the server&quot; part </li>
