Step 2: Ask your friends to join the network
Send your friends the name of the Radmin VPN network and the password to join to this network.

Step 3: Run Counter-Strike 2.0

Step 4: Add the game to the firewall exceptions
You need to add rules to the firewall. Open Radmin VPN -> System -> Firewall Exceptions and add "cs2.exe" to the exceptions.

Step 5: Enable Developer Console
Go to CS2 main menu and click "Settings menu".

Go to "Game" tab. Find "Enable Developer Console" option and select "Yes".

Step 6: Create new game
Start a practice match in any mode.

Open console with "~". Type in: "sv_lan 0" (this is to make LAN play available).

Then type in: "status". Check a server IP, it looks like this "28.201.241.188:27015", but numbers are different.

Game client setup

Step 1: Install Radmin VPN and connect to the network
Download and install Radmin VPN. In the main Radmin VPN window, click "Join Network". Enter the Network Name and Password and click "Join". 

Make sure you and your friends are on the same network.

Step 2: Run Counter-Strike 2.0

Step 5: Join the game
Open console with "~". Type in: "connect 28.201.241.188:27015" (but the IP here is your game server IP)

You should be connecting to the server now! Have fun!

Useful commands:
Kick all bots: "bot_kick all"
If playing casual, restrict watchin enemy players after death: "mp_forcecamera 1"
End warmup: "mp_warmup_end"
Start the same map when the match ends: "mp_match_end_restart 1"
Turn on Autodirector if the game is being streamed: "spec_autodirector 1"
Turn off kicking afk players: "mp_autokick 0"
