Host Game
Step 1: Install Radmin VPN and create a network Download and install Radmin VPN. In the main Radmin VPN window, click "Create Network".
Enter the network name, password and click "Create".
Step 2: Ask your friends to join the network
Send your friends the name of the Radmin VPN network and the password to join to this network.
Step 3: Run nullDC BEAR
Step 4: Add the game to the firewall exceptions
You need to add rules to the firewall. Open Radmin VPN -> System -> Firewall Exceptions and add nullDC BEAR (NullDC.BEAR.exe) to the exceptions.
Step 5: Create game To get the game, click "FreeDLC" and check what games are available right now.
To challange someone, double click their name on the player list, or click their name and then the "Challange" button.
Select the desired game from the list and click "Lets Go". Both players must have the identical rom for netplay to work.
If your challange is accepted, you'll be taken to the host panel. In the host panel you have several options:
"Delay" is how much delay you should have between yourself and the other person. The higher ping the higher delay required to play. If you have choppy gameplay or very low FPS, set the "Delay" higher.
"Suggest" button will help you estimate what the delay should be.
Select the game Region. Some games require a specific region to run because they have never been released outside of that region.
Join Game
Step 1: Install Radmin VPN and connect to the network Download and install Radmin VPN. In the main Radmin VPN window, click "Join Network". Enter the Network Name and Password and click "Join".
Make sure you and your friends are on the same network.
Step 2: Run nullDC BEAR Step 3: Add the game to the firewall exceptions You need to add rules to the firewall. Open Radmin VPN -> System -> Firewall Exceptions and add nullDC BEAR (NullDC.BEAR.exe) to the exceptions.
Step 4: Join the game Wait for the invitation and click "Let's Go".
