Advanced IP Scanner not starting

Hello My Advanced IP Scanner V2.5.3850 has suddenly refused to open when I click on it. I have uninstalled it - restarted pc and redownloaded and still wont open when I double click it. I am using Windows 10 1909. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Gary

Hello,

You need to remove this registry branch
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Famatech\advanced_ip_scanner
and install it again.

How do you install and run the program? is it shown in Task Manager?

Hi I install it using the installer Advanced_IP_Scanner_2.5.3850.exe. I have tried clicking on the exe file and running it as administrator and same result and no I cannot see it in task manager. When I doubleclick the icon I get a brief view of the hourglass and then nothing - as if I hadn't clicked at all. I put another new drive into my pc and formatted that and installed windows 2004 and it ran once and now has the same issue as my previous drive. Thanks Gary

Hello,

install AIPS on other PC in some folder and copy this folder to your PC or try to install in portable mode.
