When i scan other Vlans it shows everything alive and mac address and manufacturer from switch. and i cant use wake on lan command. For example my ip is 192.168.1.33 and i try to scan 192.168.14.56

All alive are shown because of the router. So you can try to go to AIPS Settings ->Options->Misc and click on Delete stored data. After that please check the results of the new scan.
Wake-on-lan may not work due to lack of support on the remote side.
