I have just installed the software and performed my first scan, and set the port range to the right of the IP range to All UDP ports 1-65535 but the scan is displaying
I have attempted the scan with the Accuracy set to high. Still no UDP ports. And I know there are phones on this LAN that are discovered and the TCP IP Ports are shown.
Thank you - that seems to be the trick - for getting UDP to show up. suggestion: Performing input validation on that field would resolve this issue for the future and providing examples in a pop up when validation fails would also be a great addition to the interface.
Please, try to scan with higher accuracy (Settings -> Options -> Performance and choose - High-accuracy scanning and move slider to the left.
