Open task manager, go in services tab, find Radmin VPN's service there. I'm not sure what the service is named as, search for Famatech and Radmin. Check if it's disabled. If it's disabled, enable it and try to toggle the power button on Radmin VPN.

Thank you, but now there are new problems: Ramin VPN is available when I start the service, but every time I restart my computer, I have to start the service and Ramin VPN can be used. This is very troublesome. Is there any way to solve it? (I changed the startup type to automatic and it didn't work, it will be reset to manual)

That's strange. I can't think of anything, but a software which is (somehow) changing it. Do you use a third-party anti-virus? Do you use a software to tweak/manage the OS?

1. Check if startup type of Radmin VPN Control Service from Windows Services  is Automatic.
2. Check if RvRvpnGui.exe from Start-up is Enabled.

I have already done your way.
1. Add Radmin VPN to the computer startup item, but no effect
2. Change the startup type of RvControlSvc (Radmin VPN Control Service) to automatic, but it has no effect.
3. Adding an entire directory of Ramin VPN to the 360 Security Guard Trust Zone has no effect.
If it doesn't work, then forget it. I will start the service every time I use it.

Some antiviruses may change start-up type of applications and services. Turn it off and try again.

Why do you even use a third-party anti-virus? They may cause some things on your OS to not work properly, anymore. Uninstall that anti-virus software. The best, free anti-virus software available is Windows Defender (also known as Microsoft Security Essentials).

Because I can't guarantee the security of my computer, I can only install 360. In addition, I don't trust Windows Defender.

只是，经常是黄灯，很难有直连模式。不知道你开启radmin vpn后，有多少概率出现绿灯的直连模式。

direct connect是绿灯，需要服务器中继的是黄灯。
前者速度快，后者速度慢。
这个软件最头疼的地方是没办法用端口转发，如果可以，就很好弄了。TA只接受全锥NAT可以绿灯直连。但我问过，国内很多路由器厂家都不支持全锥，软路由除外。当然，设置DMZ地址为你的电脑，可以直连！手机作热­点时也可以直连。

另外，真不建议你用360！

Relay connection is not an error.Its one of Radmin VPN connection type that takes place when direct connection is not possible.
There  are a lot of factors like many routers between Radmin VPN and Internet,  NATs, firewalls, network topology, router settings, closed ports and  etc.
Here some ways to avoid this connection type, but they dont guarantee non relayed connection:
1. Both PCs (local and remote) are placed in the same network.
2. One of PC has direct IP address.
3. Routers with direct IP have the following NAT settings: one NAT, Full Cone NAT,Address-Restricted cone NAT, Restricted cone NAT, Port-Restricted cone NAT

I got it, the VPN is working when the light is yellow or green.
we just want to get direct connection each time.
if we are in the same network, no-one need to use the VPN,
in China, we didn't find out any router that  can set the full cone NAT or port-restricted cone NAT.
