Recently I installed Radmin VPN to play PS2 games online via emulation, until I encountered some pretty major issues.
1) It has dropped my Internet speed on my PC significantly, before it was fine at 4-6 Mb/s a second, but now, its struggling to get 1-2
2) It refused to disable itself even when I had disable it in Windows Services and Task Manager
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here? Thanks.
Check if there is no programs that overload your network, like FTP, torrents or Windows updates.
And the more Radmin VPN networks you are connected to, the less performance you have.
