Hello guys, My Radmin VPN cant connect to the sever after I use the school network. But it will work well when I use the hotspot from my phone, but the network quality is soo poor that i have to ask for help to see if there is any chance to connect by using the school network. I have reinstall the software and the network adapter.But it wont work

How exactly does it manifest itself in a problem network?
