I've been trying to play stardew valley coop, but when the guest inserts my ip the message "Connection failed" appears. We tried searching for a solution, but nothing seams to work ToT
Please, add the game to the exceptions list of your Windows Defender. Here’s how to do that:
Step 1. Type firewall in the search box and then select the Windows Defender Firewall from the context menu.
Step 2. Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall from the left pane.
Step 3. Tick the checkbox for the executable file of Stardew Valley and click OK to save the change.
If you disabled Windows Defender, but using another antivirus, add exceptions for the game files that are getting caught by your Antivirus software or Firewall.
