So I actually a few months ago uninstalled the Radmin VPN because I wasn't going to use it anymore. But now a few friends are getting together again and thinking of starting a small server so we all can play, and there I go install the Radmin VPN again but I received that message "Program is already Installed". Then I tried a few things here and there "I tried to uninstall thru the Add or Remove Programs but no sucess also" and then I discovered that the actual Virtual Network the program created was still there. There is no process involving radmin on msconfig I also tried installing the program on another computer then importing the installation files but no success. I don't know what to do anymore.

Someone know how I can fully uninstall this program so I can install it again?
I don't want to format my windows again just because of that.
