No key and bad sevice

I have purchated RADMIn A0056691286 05.04.2023 but still have not recieve any key. You also have deleted my post from the Forum in russian. Is there any way to get the key, or you will return me money? At first I was excited that we have some russian nice program for remote administraion, but this situation deeply dissaponted me... How the company will be working if it even cannot do the basic simplest task. It cannot provide a registration key to its customer. The support is awfull also, you have not anwser to me but just ignored and delete post. It is not the smartest decision, you should work with you clients…

Thank you. It is the first answer I get from your company. I have created a ticket. It was not obvious to me what should I do. I  seems that I have sent a letter to sales department previously, because it is a first option on the Contacts tab of your website. It is interesting that only English part of the forum seems moderated and I should write in English to get some anwser althoughI am siting just next to your offical adress on Novator st. 7a in Moscow.
