There is a new version Radmin 3.5.2.1 on our website that provides stable work on Windows 10. The new version can be installed with any license on Radmin 3.x

For users that continue to get the issue after software update we recommend to do the following:

  1. Install the latest Windows 10 updates on all both computers

  2. Install latest driver updates for all graphic adapters (display adapters) and motherboard drivers for integrates adapters

  3. Install the latest version of Radmin Server and Radmin Viewer, you can download them here

  4. If monitor on the remote computer connected with Display Port, try to connect it with another interface, if you have Display Port to VGA adapter, try it

  5. Check if the monitor is connected to a remote desktop, if not – connect one.

  6. Update all the drivers on the remote desktop.

If all these steps haven’t solved the problem, please create a ticket for our tech support

To localize the problem quickly please send us the following info:

I found that even on 3.5.2.1, a Windows 10 box that had only HDMI and Display port would give a black screen if the computer was used without a display. We solved that by plugging in HDMI Dummy Plug Display Emulator, which costs about $6.
The motherboard was an Asrock B450 Gaming-ITX/AC
The CPU was: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G

I don't want to buy that, I'm finding a virtual screen tool, But I haven't found it until now.

Yes , it is very annoying you can't just force a 2nd (VGA) screen anymore with the latest Windows versions.
But here are is a solution  to create a virtual monitor:

I had the same issue and tried all suggestions but no luck.  I even tried the dummy plug display emulator.  At the end of my rope I decided to create a new folder with the problem server.  I created the new folder and a new connection for that server and it started working.  I went to the non working connection and made sure it matched the working connection perfectly but it still would not work.  I then deleted the bad connection and recreated it which solved my problem.  I have no explanation for why this worked but it did. Joy for me.
