Radmin can't connect

i install radmin 3.5.2.1 i can't connect to computer it freeze at this image https://imgur.com/v41bqsW how can i do?

If windows 7 is on the remote computer, try restarting it

it have problem every day. not only windows 7  in windows10 seem how can i fix?

Hello,

1. Install the latest version of Radmin Server and Viewer.
2. Update all drivers on the remote PC.
